Common questions
- How do I delete my account? In the app: Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and removes all your data permanently.
- How do I report or block a user? Open their profile, tap the «…» button, and choose Report or Block. Blocked users can be managed under Settings → Blocked users. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
- Why does the app ask for my location? Only to sort venues by distance and to verify you're near a venue before submitting queue/vibe reports. Your GPS position never leaves your device.
- Who can see my check-ins? Only your accepted friends. Venue counts shown to others are anonymous.
